In order to improve the service level of our acceptance / shipment department and to be faster in the loading / unloading times of the vehicles, starting from February 1st, for the delivery and / or collection of the goods it is necessary to send via MAIL to email@example.com a loading / unloading request with the following data:
Date and time of arrival
Vehicle license plate
Reference for loading / unloading (order number if in possession, customer / supplier name)
The information requested must be communicated by 1pm on the day before the scheduled loading / unloading date.
Once the email has been sent, it will be necessary to wait for a reply on the request sent.
You will be able to proceed with the collection / delivery of goods only after receiving feedback from our Logistics office and following the indications provided.
The company reserves the right not to load / unload vehicles that come without notice and / or with incomplete information and will charge extra costs related to out of hours activities.
